1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cronacl platform, including any associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Galvn Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.

2. Service Description

Cronacl provides an AI platform that enables you to:

Connect your own AI provider API keys (Bring Your Own Key)
Integrate your existing services and data sources
Build and deploy custom AI agents
Interact with your data through AI-powered conversations
Automate workflows using your connected services

You Bring Your Own: Cronacl is designed as a platform where you bring your own API keys, integrations, and data. We provide the orchestration layer that connects everything together.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and integration credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Organizations and Workspaces

You may create organizations and workspaces to collaborate with team members. You are responsible for managing access permissions and ensuring that invited members comply with these Terms.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

4.1 Your API Keys

You may connect your own API keys from supported AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Amazon Bedrock, and others. When using BYOK:

You are responsible for maintaining valid API keys and sufficient credits with your providers
Usage charges from your AI providers are billed directly to you by those providers
You must comply with the terms of service of each AI provider you use
You are responsible for any rate limits, quotas, or restrictions from your providers

4.2 Key Security

We encrypt and securely store your API keys. However, you acknowledge that:

You should only provide keys with appropriate permissions
You should regularly rotate your keys as a security best practice
You can delete your keys from our platform at any time

4.3 Provider Terms

Your use of third-party AI providers through our platform is subject to those providers' terms of service and acceptable use policies. It is your responsibility to ensure your usage complies with their terms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

5.1 Connecting Your Services

You may connect various third-party services to Cronacl, including but not limited to:

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365
Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk
Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

5.2 Your Responsibility

When connecting integrations:

You represent that you have the authority to connect these accounts
You are responsible for the data you access through integrations
You must comply with the terms of service of each connected service
You are responsible for managing permissions and access levels

5.3 Data in Integrations

Data accessed through integrations remains stored with the original providers. Cronacl accesses this data in real-time to fulfill your requests but does not create permanent copies unless you explicitly upload documents to our knowledge base.

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Pricing

Our pricing is based on subscription tiers that include platform features, seats, and storage. Detailed pricing information is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to you.

6.2 BYOK vs. Platform Credits

When using BYOK, AI provider costs are billed directly by your providers. If you choose to use Cronacl-provided AI access, usage is deducted from your subscription credits.

6.3 Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.

7. User Content and Data

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content, data, or information you submit, upload, or create through the Services ("User Content"). This includes documents uploaded to the knowledge base, custom agents you create, and chat conversations.

7.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not use your content for AI training or any purpose other than delivering the Services.

7.3 Data Portability

You can export your data from Cronacl at any time through your account settings. We support data portability and will assist with reasonable export requests.

7.4 Deletion

You can delete your content at any time. When you delete content or your account, we remove it from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal purpose
Generate harmful, abusive, or malicious content through AI
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
Upload malicious code or content
Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
Use the Services to violate the terms of your connected integrations
Share API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties

8.3 AI Usage Guidelines

When using AI features (whether through BYOK or platform credits), you agree to use AI responsibly and in accordance with the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI providers.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Third-Party Services

Cronacl integrates with third-party services and AI providers. We are not responsible for:

The availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services
Changes to third-party APIs or terms of service
AI outputs generated by third-party providers
Data handling by third-party services

9.2 AI Outputs

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

9.3 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
