Workflows

This section is the practical side of the product.

Once Sentinel is installed and pointed at a real workspace, these pages cover how work actually moves through the app. That means thread setup, mode switching, repo handoff, approvals, terminal use, browser use, and the places where the app stops to ask you what to do instead of guessing.

The best place to start is Workspaces and threads. That page explains the two objects most of the product hangs on. After that, Chat and plan mode is the next useful read because mode choice changes how a thread behaves right from the start.

Repo workflow, Terminal and browser, Approvals and sub-agents, and Automations in practice are more specific. They matter once you are actually doing work in the app and you want to understand the edges.
